Return Policy

Only the original buyer may request for a return of products. You must obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number before making any returns. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number. If a product is shipped back to us without a properly authorized RMA number, the package will be refused and you may be subject to additional charges from the company that you shipped with. No RMA will be issued after 15 days of receipt of merchandise. To obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) Number you must e-mail or call us. Customer Service at 352-243-7111 or quote@stormyhillharley.com. After you receive your RMA number you must return it to us within 10 days. All products must be returned in original condition and in new saleable condition. Merchandise must be in original, new, unused, unworn condition in its original packaging, cartons/bags, with all tags and instructions. New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. In addition, returned items must be accompanied by their original documentation. After receipt of goods, Stormy Hill shall inspect the goods to determine the exact quantity and condition of goods received. If Stormy Hill does not accept the goods as being returnable for any reason, buyer must accept incurred costs. Returning products may be required to be shipped to a different address other than the original shipping warehouse location. There are absolutely no returns on custom orders. All sales are final on discontinued and blowout items. There will be a 20% restock fee charged on all returns and exchanges. A refund check will be issued, store credit will be applied toward future purchases, or the merchandise may be exchanged or replaced at Stormy Hill Harley option. Shipping charges are not refundable. All shipping charges that apply to the return or exchange of merchandise must be paid by the customer, and you will be charged for re-shipment on exchanges. Stormy Hill Harley is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipment. It is highly recommended that you insure the return package.
